Refund and Returns Policy

Return & Refund Policy:

Our policy is valid for 30 days after delivery. Once the 30-day period has passed, the order is considered accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Eligible for Return & Refund:
We accept returns and refunds in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged.

  • The product is shattered or broken.

  • The product design is incorrect or differs from your order.

  • The size or material does not match what was ordered.

  • You received an incorrect item.

  • The product differs from the description on our website.

Conditions for Returning Items:
Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return:

  • Unworn and unwashed.

  • In original, unmodified condition.

  • Must have the original tags attached.

  • Must be returned in their original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or modified.

  • Items with defects that are not our fault.

  • Items missing original tags.

  • Items that are damaged by the customer.

Required Documentation for Refund:

  • Order confirmation/receipt.

  • Proof of purchase.

  • Evidence of defective items.

  • Email correspondence regarding the issue.


Steps to Request a Return & Refund:

  1. Send your refund request to [email protected] with the required documentation.

  2. Our customer support team will reply within 2-3 business days. You will receive a return address and instructions for sending the item back.

  3. Carefully pack your item and ship it via a traceable carrier.

  4. Send the tracking number or return receipt to [email protected].

  5. If we don’t confirm eligibility for return and refund via email, no refunds will be issued.

Important:
Please do not return items without confirmation from us as we cannot be held liable for lost or unapproved returns. We will not issue a refund if we do not receive the returned items. Make sure to send the tracking number for your return.


Return Shipping Cost:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is not refundable.


Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Once your return is processed, we will issue a full refund including the original shipping fee.

  • Refunds may take 10-15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges as all orders are custom-made to the specifications you choose (size, design, etc.). Please double-check all details when placing your order.


Order Cancellations:
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be processed and sent to the warehouse for fulfillment.

  • Cancellation Fee: A 10% fee will apply to the total order value.
